SUMMARY:Trip #8 - Erris C High Rock Trail Building Trip
DESCRIPTION:Join the Great Divide Trail Association for a base camp trail b
 uilding trip on the High Rock Trail. Base camp facilities include shared k
 itchen and dining shelters\, a fire pit\, and a latrine. The crew will be 
 building new single-track trail on the slopes below Mt. Erris to reroute a
  section from Fred Bridge to Dutch Creek Bridge on the High Rock Trail.\n\
 n 	Volunteers are responsible for bringing their own clothing and camping 
 gear\, e.g. tent\, sleeping bag.\n 	Volunteers are responsible for bringin
 g and cooking their own food.\n 	While trail building experience is not ma
 ndatory\, volunteers should have experience backcountry camping and hiking
 .\n 	Trips are free for GDTA Members.\n 	Carpooling assistance will be coo
 rdinated by the GDTA this year for those interested.\n 	The GDTA will prov
 ide all trail maintenance tools\, tool training\, and safety orientation f
